Description
When InteractiveWebs is asked to provide support services, we find it is easiest to break the charging down into blocks of $25. This way we can estimate an upfront charge, and simply advise clients to purchase the appropriate number of support tickets to equal the up front support charge.
E.G. If you have been asked to purchase 4 support tickets. 4 x $25 = $100. Then $100 is the upfront charge for your requested support item.
