Hello,I can't see any of the buttons when I try to register the Flash Carousel Banner. Not the ones where you select what site you purchased the module from, or what the third step even is. All I see is a '3' followed by blank space. There doesn't seem to be an option to upload a screenshot here, unfortunately. What could be causing this? I'm using DNN 5.6.1, and version 40.5.8.Thanks,Richard

Thanks for registering the module, but I'm having another problem that is probably related. I can't see the main interface. None of the slides I've created is visible. I can see the menu, the two buttons to scroll through the carousel, but there is only white space where the carousel should be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Richard

It's strange, because yesterday we had some downtime with our server (all our servers... what a pain). I would have guessed that it was related to that and should be fine now. Can you double check in a new browser or clear all cache on web and server and try again?

It's still the same problem. One of the images (which is displayed as an cross X) have this adress: /DesktopModules/FlashCarouselBanner/images/request2.gif, but the image is not in this directory on the server?
Do you want me to download the module once again?

No, just hold off. I will have the license system updated to our new version and the package re-released in a day or so.

Hello,I've downloaded the latest version, which is from 2/4/12, and installed it, but it didn't fix the problem. Is that still the old version? Thanks,Richard
